Who we are

We're Stephan and Karoline and we explore the Isarwinkel, Bad Tölz and the Oberland on our Vespa. For us it's not just about beautiful routes, but above all about the places and stories along the way.

We visit well-known sights and day trip destinations, discover little detours and special places, and want to know what stories lie behind them. As "Zuagroaste" (newcomers to Bavaria), we perhaps sometimes look at an area that's long familiar to locals with slightly different eyes.

With Vespisti Isarwinkel we want to inspire you to rediscover Bad Tölz, the Tölzer Land and Upper Bavaria for yourself – with our personal day trip suggestions, favourite destinations and little insider tips. For locals, Zuagroaste, holidaymakers and of course everyone who, like us, loves travelling by Vespa.

Why we made this website

Because sometimes you only need to ride a few kilometres to discover something new. We ride there, look around, search for the story behind it – and then tell you about it. Maybe your next day trip is already here.
